Valued Opinions is another valid, paying survey site.
They actually give you the option of being paid in gift cards too! Plus, when you qualify, they actually have some surveys that pay up to $50 (note, that is NOT the usual but it does happen occasionally). Most of the surveys are about $4 a piece.
