Walgreens: Two 12 packs for $2 each starting 5/1

Update: corrected this post as I had left out a coupon that should have been included! :)

Heads up on a HOT deal on toilet paper come May 1st!

Starting May 1st, Cottonelle 12 packs will be on sale for $5 a pack at Walgreens, plus they will be giving out a $3 register reward when you buy two packs.

Here's how to get this deal for only $2 a pack:

Buy 2 Cottonelle 12-packs of toilet paper
Use 2 $0.50/1 Cottonelle Coupons here or here
PLUS, Use the $1/1 Coupon in Walgreens May Coupon Booklet (will take off $2)
Pay $7
Get back a $3 RR
Final Cost only $2 a pack! (That's 16 cents a roll - GREAT price for toilet paper!)

I am posting this now as I recommend printing the coupons while they are available, it wouldn't be the first time that a coupon disappeared after a sale goes live! ;)

  1. Maybe my math is off......

    2 x $5 = $10
    2 x $.50 = $1 off for coupons
    Total is $9
    Less RR -$3
Price is $6 for 2 pks or $3 each pk.

  2. Also, how many feet per package? That's what you REALLY have to watch. Not how much per roll.

Take the cost per package and divide number of feet per package. This will tell you the cost per foot. Anytime you can get under 1-cent/foot then you have a deal. :-)

  4. My bad, I had left out the May Walgreens Coupon booklet coupon to be included too!! :) There is a $1/1 Coupon in the May coupon booklet, which will take off $2 total = $7 out of pocket and a final cost of $2 a pack.
