Wow! Walmart has re-vamp'ed it's coupon policy!! If you have been couponing for a while, or have tried using some of the higher value/free coupons at Walmart you may have experienced problems and stops on using them.
Hopefully this fully resolves all of that! You can see the full coupon policy here, I highly recommend printing it (do so in black and white/low res to save on ink!).
The best thing that I see in this is that they will actually give change/credit for overages on coupons!!! E.g. You have a $3/1 make up coupon, the cost of the item is only $2 - you will get $1 back (or it will go toward paying your overall purchase in the case you are buying more items).
Only downfall I see in the new policy is that they will not accept internet printed coupons for "FREE" items, however most "FREE" coupons are actually mailed to you these days anyway so that shouldn't be too much of an issue.
They will also now take competitor coupons that state an exact amount!
Overall, I think this policy will work to our benefit should you choose to go there :)
