They have some kids jeans on sale for $10 (mainly Boy, the girls are on sale but not as great of a deal). When you buy two pairs you get $5.50 off each pair making them only $4.50 each.
You will find this is the case with the ones that say "everyday steal". They do have girl jeans as well, but after the $5.50 off, they will be about $10. Still a great deal. Plus there are a lot of other deals still active on the Old Navy website too.
