This actually launched yesterday however Groupon was so overloaded I didn't post about it.
Right now you can get a $50 gift voucher to Nordstrom Rack for only $25. This should show up as a "side deal" under "multiple cities" for your city and if not, you can pick Philadelphia and it will show up as a side deal for sure.
To take advantage of this, sign up with Groupon (if you haven't already) and then you can buy your's.
Note, this Groupon expires Dec 31, so be sure you can make it to the store before then!
